Harris Plumbing (now Capital Plumbing but same team) is the ONLY reliable company I have dealt with through these last few years when natural disasters have made it "acceptable" for companies to not have good business ethics. Harris has maintained the same policies as before the storms. No drama when they arrive, and they arrive on time. I always get a call when they are on their way. They don't "make up" issues. I like seeing a familiar face, Mando and Jason have always been knowledgeable and nice. And I like the fact when I do call, the secretary is friendly. Friendly, knowledgeable and ON TIME. I hired Jason and his team for the first time back in October 2021 to re-pipe our whole house with PEX. We had just moved into the house in August and the plumbing was a mess. Jason and his team were very friendly and answered any and all questions I had while they were re-piping the house and did a great job at a very good price! I called Jason last week to have him come out and do more work for us to fix some outside pipe issues we were having. We have two septic tanks and I wanted everything tied into one because one of the tanks is older than the other and one of the toilets wasn't working well because of it.
