New Braunfels Crossfit - Sporthalle

I participate in the Strong 4 Life group workout three times a week and it is not an exaggeration to say it has been life changing. No matter if you are new to fitness, coming back to the gym after an absence, or are a seasoned athlete, there is a place for you here at Sporthalle. All the coaches are wonderful and they are able to design and modify programs for every level of fitness so no need to feel intimidated. While Sporthalle is a gym, it is also a community of caring people who train individuals physically but also nurture the mind and spirit. I highly recommend the Sporthalle gym community.

Excellent Team of coaches. Everyone was open and inviting. Made me feel right at home, even though I am not an athlete or gym regular. Highly recommend if you are looking for a friendly and supportive group.

I have always been intimated by weights, so stepping into Sportahlle was a huge step for me. I took a one on one session with Hailey, the owner of Sprothalle. She took the time to listen to my history with movement and injuries. The workout we went through was so much more approachable than I ever imagined it could be. I learned the details of how to accomplish different lifts. With Haileys watchful eye and encouraging demeanor I felt safe, motivated and dare I say strong?!
