Jason Kilgore with Trident Strength & Conditioning has been working with my son for almost two years and my daughter almost a year and the results have been amazing. My son is a wrestler and my daughter a swimmer and since starting with Jason they have made tremendous strides on the mat and in the pool. Most of all his insight into training and life in general is helping them grow into better young adults. His positivity is infectious to all around him including my wife and myself. Jason and his training methods are flat out amazing and we can’t imagine working with anyone else.

One of the wisest, kindest and most educated trainers I have ever worked with.I have been training with coaches and teachers for well over 15 years, in various team sports and individual training programs, and I can say for sure that Jason Kilgore ranks high up as one of the best I’ve trained with.I trained with him multiple times and then brought a friend to train as well. Dedicated is the word I would use to describe Jason at Trident S&C! We made the choice to use Jason for no other reason they his commitment to his friends. Now I use the word friends instead of client because that is what he becomes. His relentless pursuit to create a better person than someone who just gets stronger physically. Jason will work on the athletes mind, spirit and physical maturation. We took our son to him over three years ago and although he didn’t know a lot about our sons sport (wrestling) he became a student of the sport to better understand the needs of our son.
