Just had the best experience with this company Omni Air and heating! Joseph went above and beyond to fix my ac unit. Most companies wanted to try to sell me a new unit within 10 minutes of their arrival! Not Joseph he was on a mission to fix it! I have been searching for a honest hvac company for years and I finally found it. Omni Air is the best! You will not be disappointed using this company! Joseph was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable about the reasons for the AC not working. Courteous and kept me informed. Was able to respond the same day, too! Thank you. 🙏
Joseph and his team arrived and immediately went to work on my AC. They diagnosed the initial issue and corrected it. They then checked further and determined that I also required additional freon. They completed the task all in about 15 to 20 minutes and us cooling off right away. Joseph and his team are very efficient, honest and professional. I highly recommend Omni Air for any HVAC work.
