Said I “needed a WHOLE new AC system” because mine was to old. Needed to be cleaned and was gonna charge me $950. That’s maintenance and my home warranty does not cover that! Called Harris HVAC and they changed the condenser and fan motor! No cleaning needed and my AC works amazing! EMS HVAC only wants to work new AC system units! Honestly not sure why they take commercial contracts if they only work industrial!

I am so very sorry - I left a negative review for the wrong EMS, please accept my apology. Sadly, I see this has happened before.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They were assigned by my home warranty. When attempting to call in the morning to schedule, the person answering calls said I could not schedule and that I would be assigned to the schedule between 4pm and 6 pm that night, promising I would get a text. That never happened. Meanwhile it’s now 48 hrs in TX summer heat. I attempted to call the next day, same thing, only this time I get a scheduled appointment two days out. Technician comes in and says “Yup, it’s broken”, attempts to get another service fee out of my husband after I already paid the home warranty,and leaves. Not a repair, nothing.
