Poor customer service!!!Cleaners cleaned my pants but broke a bottom on them while cleaning them.I took the pants back to the counter and told the lady at the counter what happened.She took my pants and said they would put a button back on them.When I came to pick my pants and other garments up the person at the counter charged me $4 to replace a button that they broke off during cleaning.So they break my button then charge me $4 to replace it.Note: I was not told I would be charged ANYTHING to correct their mistake.*Note: the lady that works at the counter is VERY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE.I generally have very little to say when I go in to drop off or pick up my clothes...read full review

Very professionally dry cleaned my clothes and I'd go again and again. The cleaners near me closed and I've tried others but none matched this one and I'm thankful. They were nice and friendly and we appreciated how quickly our order was ready.

Took a blazer to get dry cleaned and they frayed the material near one of the cuffs. I brought the jacket back to get a refund and to try and resolve the problem, and the employee INSISTED that I had done this to the jacket. Do yourself a favor and do NOT bring any of your clothes here, unless you want them to be destroyed and then get personally blamed for it. Disgraceful business and extremely unprofessional. Shameful.
