Sienna Cleaners #2

This cleaners have the name of Sienna Cleaners but this particular location is ilocated in colony lake. This Cleaners is ridiculous expensive. I only had (6) pieces (1) pair of linen pants
and (5) men shirts and the total price was $42.00 just dry clean, nothing extra like alterations.....
I will never go back to patronize this Cleaners....

I dropped off two expensive polo shirts for dry cleaning and when I returned for pick up the store informed me they couldn't find my shirts.

Despite multiple attempts to contact the manager, Mr. Ramzan, his responses have been unhelpful and dismissive. He has shown no urgency in resolving this issue and told me to wait a week so they can research or go file a complaint. They have been searching for the last three days.

I requested reasonable compensation for the lost shirts, given their value and the inconvenience caused. However, my request was denied.

The lady who works there is so kind and helpful. She always remembers our name and gives a warm greeting. We have been using Sienna Cleaners by Kroger on Hwy 6 for 12 years and have only had great customer service and quality results.
