Never been one to write reviews on my experiences but this experience was exceptional. As a new patient, I was greeted by Ricky upon arrival which was very welcoming. Ricky introduced me to Violet who was extremely informative of the state of my dental hygiene and areas needing improvement. Violet and Teresa were patient and gentle while addressing those sensitive areas. Thanks Rocky Creek Dental!
I have had a few traumatic experiences in the past with different dentist so I was reluctant to get annual check ups. But then I came across rocky creek dental from my insurance and I must say I had a really great experience with the entire team from start to finish. I also was able to get a appt very short notice. The clinic was clean and welcoming. The front desk lady was patient being that I had to search and email my insurance card. Everything that the staff needed to do for me was explained in great detail. This is the best dentist office I’ve ever been!! If I could give them more stars I will do. The whole entire staff are very professional, kind and caring!. Special shout out to my doctor Reena Kaitholil, her assistant Cristina, Theresa and the Manager you guys are the best!! Thank you so much for made me feel so special and they did an amazing job with my teeth! 🫶🏼😍🥰 can’t wait for my next visit!
