Appointment set out for about 3 months prior to get canceled because the new provider in office doesn't take our insurance. My appointment got canceled the day of, a few hours prior, (Edinburg location). They called me today (Friday) to cancel/reschedule my kids Monday appointment (Mission) The new appointment set for my children went from May to August. Absolutely ridiculous!! Instead of making it right and accommodating with another provider within a timely manner who does accept our insurance they could care less. They lost a customer and Im sure plenty others if this is the way continue to handle the situation. Very upsetting.
Do not get your glasses there. The place in store where they filled my prescription is awful. The old lady gave me the wrong frames and the wrong prescription. She appeared to separated from reality. The eye exam and doctor portion was great. Too bad the old lady who you get glasses from ruins the otherwise great experience.this is an update, so maybe they finally got rid of her. Idk, and will never go back so good luck to those who do
My son had an appointment at the Mission Office and the day of the appointment, we drove 45 minutes for nothing
They told me that They didn’t accept United healthcare Insurance.
