Eye clinic is very good, staff attentive and professional.
The Eyeglass store isn't up to standards. Lack of staff creates long wait time to select and place order for glasses. I chose to leave instead of waiting for an hour.
Thurmond needs to hire more staff!
Dr. Hook was very accommodating and explained my wife’s condition in detail that made it easy for us to understand. He was really patient and politely went over our options. Bedside manners were amazing, would definitely recommend Dr. Hook to anyone needing an eye consultation.
