This was my first-time visiting Hammond Vision Center in Edinburg. I arrived at my appointment time. I checked in with staff and provided my insurance information.I took a seat and was soon called inside. The staff and the Doctor were very professional. My overall experience was great. I’ve been there twice. First time to get my eye exam and second, to make a full payment on my Versace glasses. From my personal experience.. it was OK. Friendly staff & scheduled appointment was on time. I can’t wait to go pick up my new seeing glasses.?
First time ever that the personnel took the steps for really help me and find a good frame. In my other experiences alway throw me and leave me struggle. That time is the first that I feel a truly desire to serve a customer. In general the care of the staff is top level. Im very happy to met this place.
