I been attending this gym 3 years plus. Gets the job done but can it be much better sure. Seems management doesn't care or idk just worried about getting clients. Machines get broken takes months for them to get them fixed,no regular maintenance on regular basis. When it rains roof leaks all over the gym areas. Hope they open a new location in midland or something.
My daughter and I would really like to thank the manager Liz at the midland tx location for her professionalism and compassion toward making things right with my daughters contract and billing charges..I haven't experienced such management like this in a really long time,so any concern parent would be in protective mode for thier child, But after talking,discussing,analyzing and straight investigating the issues..My daughter left Crunch with empowerment,confidence and peace of mind..thanks again Ms.Liz, and thank you Crunch for having a eye on great leadership,almost made me switch my gym membership from PF..!! lol
This is a quality SMALL gym. The employees are great, professional and responsive. Ita more than a decent choice for a workout, bit dknt expect grandeur. It is a smaller place, carved and separates from a time when Kohls sold part of their department store. There are far too many treadmills and far too few weight machines. It's difficult to fully experie ce a work out on muscle group for a brain ner, as there are so few machines. Also, the machines are a bit dated, lacking any type of technology embedded and they also lack the newer games types of machines.
