In my opinion, this is the best place in MIDLAND to workout!!! It’s staff, environment the workouts, and the time. In and out in under an hour. Results are determined by you and your effort. Come join and push yourself!!

Popped into this F45 class called “athletica” while traveling and had a fantastic experience, the coaches were both very friendly and welcoming .
( they kindly filled me in on f45 run club , f45 track workout days , Hyrox , etc )
The studio has a shower , free body fat testing ,amenities , heart rate monitors and cute swag .
Booked easily on the class pass app , huge thank you to the studio for offering this option for travelers .
Serious sweat session complete !
