Amazing women who all get together and do something healthy for themselves while taking their children along for the ride. The kiddos learn from what they see and heathy habits start early! Also just a good community to be a part of. They have events on the regular outside of physical activity for everyone to partake in as well. Love it and i tell all my friends about it!
I joined last July and have loved it ever since it's a great way to get out of the house to be with moms that are going through the same things you are and get in shape while having fun.
I joined Fit4Mom needing an outlet. As a stay at home mom with two little kids I was needing something out of the home. Fit4Mom gave me connection with other moms, a good workout, while still being able to be with my children. I love they they have a weekly play date and once a month have a mom nights out. I’m so glad I found Fit4Mom.
