The foreman, Jeremy Little, went out of his way to make sure everything got done to perfection. Because hail damage left us needing a new roof , There were so many other dings in the paint and divots and chunks of facia destroyed but they took care of all of it, as part of the transaction. They even covered some things to make the whole house look great. We all know there’s a lot of “bogus“ and unlicensed roofers out there, but these people are licensed, authentic, real and professional - not just “storm chasers.” They’re doing a second roof for us soon -We’re so happy having chose them as our roofer among the many that solicited their services. “November 2021- I called Bravo roofing requesting an inspection of my metal roof. Danny came out and after looking at the roof said that it needed to be resealed/re-caulked. H said he could take care of it in the next couple of weeks. He never did show- up even though I called several times. August 2022 - I called Bravo Roofing and spoke to the scheduler/receptionist. She said she would have Danny call me back. He never did. I've called several times but now it seems they are unwilling to pick-up the phone. 8/24/22 - Danny called me in the morning and said he would have someone out today to do the necessary maintenance. In the afternoon he called me and said that Andres had gone out and replaced the caulking and checked the seams and rivets. Because of the long delay in getting them out he said it was no charge. Danny and the person answering the phone have also been very nice when I spoke to them. My initial complaint was that it took so long to get someone out. I will use them in the future.“
