They even worked with out solar company to remove the panels on our house and get them replaced. “Excellent is an understatement. From beginning to end, customer service and quality of work far exceeded what we were expecting. A rare combination to find today.Our call was returned right away, and JGA even had someone out there measuring our roof the following morning! The owner, Jose, personally gave us a call once he heard our situation due to a pending sale. He not only expedited our estimate but then rearranged his ongoing work to squeeze us into one of his crew's schedules.And what a crew! They arrived as promised, promptly first thing in the morning. They took extra care moving what was possible and draping all remaining items to avoid damaging. When the roofing supplier dropped the ball by arriving hours later than promised and without a mechanical unloader, completing the job that same day seemed impossible. The crew unfazed, created a human assembly line and by hand and up a ladder moved all material from the ground to the roof! “This is a 12-year-old small family-owned business headed up Bruce and his son Sam Bethke but have been in the professional roofing business long before this. Their family been residents in San Marcos Texas since before their business establishment. Bethke Roofing has been an Accredited member of the Better Business Bureau since 2015 and hold an A+ rating. Sam oversaw the project from first contact with the insurance company through completion of every facet of the job without a hitch. His professionalism, attention to detail and honesty was truly impressive. He was punctual for every appointment and stood by his word. Sam provided me with professional consultation and the best products. The Skilled crew performing the tear-off and reroofing were most caring about not making a mess of things including laying tarping down to caught debris, not damaging my property and were most polite and professional in every way. They even put things back in place on the ground before finishing. The job was completed on time with no debris left behind. The selection of shingle color looks better than the previous color. The price quoted by Bethke Roof for the new roof was exceptional. The Bethke Roofing quote given 6 months earlier remained the same even with the rising cost of materials, no price increase, and no money down before the work ever started. I was amazingly impressed. Just as a note, I have used Sam's services 4-years ago when he patched a leak coming from the top of the chimney and charged me absolutely nothing. And by the way, I wrote the payment for the new roof $600.00 over the invoice amount and would not have ever known it but Sam made me aware of the fact before the check was deposited and he simply gave me this check back and I wrote him another for the proper amount. This just another example of why I strongly recommend Bethke Roofing and will use them again in the future should the need arise!“
