“Finally, a Roofer Who Got It Right!
I purchased my home almost 10 years ago, knowing there had been a previous roof leak that I was assured had been repaired. Unfortunately, over the years, I’ve had three different roofers come out, each time believing the problem was finally fixed, only to discover signs that the leak was still there.
This is the fourth time, I was beyond frustrated and ready to give someone a piece of my mind!
However this experience was completely different from the start. Al came out, assessed the situation, explained exactly what was happening, and gave me a price right on the spot. Everything was clear and straightforward. He even answered questions before I had a chance to ask them!
What impressed me just as much was his communication. After having time to think things over, I had additional questions, and Al was always accessible. No answering machines, no Ai, no chasing someone down for answers! I could send a text, even on the weekend, and receive a timely response. That kind of customer service is refreshing!
Once I signed the paperwork, the work was completed within hours. The crew did a brilliant job! The men were professional, respectful, and cleaned up as they worked, leaving everything neat and tidy.
Another thing that really stood out was being able to see the mistakes previous roofers had made that contributed to the ongoing problem. After all these years, I finally understood what had been going wrong.
