“Prime seamless gutters came out within the time frame we scheduled, inspected our house, gave us an accurate quote (about $500 below the competition), were not trying to sell us unwanted things, just answered our questions, then installed our gutters without flaw in a timely manner. “My experience with Tomlin Roofing Professionals has far exceeded my expectations. My roof suffered damages from hail and harsh winds. I have never been presented with this issue before so I asked my realtor and contractor buddies who I should contact to address my damages. Many of them recommended TRP so I inquired and I received a next day response. Robert and Kevin helped walk me through making a claim with my home owners insurance and even came to the property when my insurance adjustor surveyed the damages. Because of this, I felt comfortable I would get the most out of policy repairs and soon enough I received a check for a new roof. I opted for some fairly priced upgrades recommended by TRP and I am glad I did. Repairs began quickly and I was very impressed by the clean-up after the install. I haven't found any random nails while mowing and managing my landscape which I somewhat expected to find. I will be honest, I did have a small roof leak in a poorly designed roof valley from back in the 80's after the new roof install. I called Kevin directly who came out right then to help me mitigate the leak right then and the next day the repair was addressed and dealt with. I wasn't upset about the leak because things happen BUT with that issue I was highly impressed at how that issue was handled quickly and professionally after the sale. I hope I don't have to require roofing repairs in the future but I have comfort knowing who to call for superior service.UPDATE 06/16/2023:I asked Tomlin Roofing to help me with painting another property. As expected they knocked it out the park with extremely fair pricing in 3 days! It's so comforting to know someone who I can share a project with and they take the stress from there. A+, 12 out of 10, turnkey, say no more. I am actually looking forward to working with them again.“

“Overall, I am happy with Rooftop Roofing and Remodeling upon the completion of our project.We are wrapping up a project with ROOFTOP REMODELING, and we are very HAPPY with this company! Our house went from being the dump of the neighborhood to a BEAUTIFUL home. We immediately had them start quoting us on our next project because we would be glad to use them again. They repaired wood rot around our property, painted 100% of stucco, trim, and foundation, installed gutters, and removed a door and window for us. They worked on our house, detached garage, and casita, so it was extensive. We've worked with multiple nightmare contractors in the past, and we didn't incur any of the typical issues. I'm so pleased because the WORK LOOKS GREAT; workers SHOWED UP ON TIME; no one asked to use my bathroom (that's a big one); site was cleaned up and debris hauled off; they seemed to have good time management; and they NEVER ASKED FOR MORE MONEY. They also offered a warranty on their work and their bid was competitive to other highly rated companies. We ultimately went with them because Bob had excellent communication, professionalism, and he was friendly, whereas the competition was unprofessional and didn't seem as interested in the opportunity. Lujahne, Rich, and Maria were so quiet, we rarely knew when then were here, and I definitely felt safe. They were very unobtrusive, and it was a surprisingly peaceful project. “I am very pleased with Brandon and Reliant Roofing. His communication, both by text and email, is great. His measurements are done by drone which allows for more accurate estimates. The shingle selection was made easy. He actually got me in sooner than expected and his crew was done within half a day. Very thorough in the install and cleanup. His company is military friendly. We've had some good storms since the replacement and the roof is working as it is supposed to.The most impressive thing of this experience was that I had roof vents installed just before the roof replacement. This meant slightly less equipment to install and Brandon actually adjusted the final cost. “Fry was the only roofer that could accommodate roofing my flat roof and using "pond patch" to smooth out areas where water would collect. They used a commercial grade white PVC roofing membrane (By IB roof systems) which is significantly better than the asphalt based stuff that most others will use. They have returned to my home on multiple occasions to inspect after hail storms and just to check the condition of the roof. After 10 years the roof is still in great shape and they check it for free whenever I ask them to. I have worked with many roofers as a professional contractor and these guys are the best!“
