Wow! First my brother had an issue with his insurance and it took over half hour to rectify… he was still seen by the doctor. Second Lisa is amazing! She was patient and kind. Third Dr. Novosad was incredible! Answered all our questions, was compassionate and explained everything throughly. We did not feel rushed in any way and furthermore gained confidence in her ability to do the surgery. Thank you so much for helping ease the fear.Cool pics in the office too ☺️

All the T are crossed and the I are dotted.This a Thorough Physician who give each patient as much time as needed. The Nurses in the office can't control the time of each Patient ,please forgive them.(Ian)

Dr. Novosad was extremely professional and was able to completely explain my condition, surgery and recovery. Her office has been very friendly and helpful when I have had questions about my recovery.
