Scheduling was a breeze. An automated voicemail confirmed an order received from my doctor. I was able to schedule a mammogram using the online portal.The lady at the front desk was warm and very helpful. Heather, my technician, greeted me promptly at my scheduled time. She was gentle, quick, and very friendly. I was done within 10 minutes.Great experience and highly recommend.

Love the imaging center and staff. They found my cancer early. However the scheduling people can be rude and have little knowledge about the center. The schedulers are from a central Baylor call center. Not from the imaging center. The ladies there have always been nice. Also they emailed me my results the same day with complicated links that never worked. Had to go back in person for my results. They should have been downloaded into My Baylor Health site immediately s.could get the results there also

Update: I received a follow up and their practice administrator worked on resolving the problem with insurance. Thank you so much for your hard work and follow up! I appreciate you helping me along the way!My mammogram was ordered incorrectly and my PCP called to get it fixed. The imaging center told me they could not go back on the chart once it’s been closed to fix it. I asked to escalate the issue to their superior and have never received a follow up. I am being threatened to be sent to collections now because someone can’t fix a clerical error.
