Josie Lugo was recommended by several coworkers so I made an appointment. I had tried to "embrace" the gray a couple of years ago and my hair was fried in the process. Josie was able to achieve the look I wanted and I absolutely LOVE my hair! My hair feels healthy and I've received many compliments. She really knows color and I recommend her 100%!
