After moving to Texas one of my priorities was to find a good dry cleaners and tailoring company. I choose Imperial and have been totally satisfied with both their dry cleaning and tailoring services. They also greet you with a smile and the fact that they remembered my name my second visit was impressive! I have found my dryer cleaners!! Thanks Imperial!
I'm sure they are good BUT tell me to launder my shirt is $3-4 and then when I pick it up it's $7 and then I get a excuse on how it needed to be done differently?? How about call me first and tell me and let me decide IF I WANT TO PAY ALMOST DOUBLE, DONT JUST CHARGE ME.... not coming back her and I was looking for a new place.
We have been using Imperial for over 4 years and they have always been great. They are friendly and courteous, the quality of their work is good, and their prices are competitive. We use them mostly for weekly dry cleaning and occasionally for tailoring. We highly recommend them and appreciate their good work.
