I’ve come here for close to 10 years. Great experience every time. Most recently they called me to inform me one of our pieces of clothing was damaged from dry cleaning. They offered multiple options to rectify it. Reimbursement to replace it, and would do the needed alterations for free since that was applicable. Super kind and apologetic about it. Hey, we’re human. We all make mistakes, and this is the first mistake they’ve made in 10 years and I couldn’t be happier with how they’re handling it. Absolutely love this business and will likely never go anywhere else for this service.
