Very happy with our experience with Come and Plumb It. Justin was great, punctual, professional, easy to work with, clear and upfront with job to be done( leaking faucet and shower head installation), quoting a fair and reasonable price at the start. Job was completed in a timely manner as he initially indicated it would be. He left the area clean and tidy, remembering to tighten a faucet handle I mentioned at the beginning…showing attention to small detail. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having plumbing needs.
My hot water developed a rotten egg odor. A friend recommended Come and Plumb It. Justin arrived promptly as scheduled. He confirmed what I had learned from a Google search: when water sits unused in the tank, the anode rod reacts with bacteria in the water to produce an unpleasant but harmless smell. He recommended running the water more often to recycle and refresh the tank water, which I did and it worked! My equipment is aging, and I will DEFINITELY call CAPI when replacement time arrives!
