The coaches—Michael, Shelby, and Destini—offer exceptional guidance and motivation, helping to create a supportive environment. “Wonderful studio located in the country. When weather is nice you can listen to the chimes and birds while practicing and getting in tune with yourself. Debi truly cares about the students and does not charge for every little thing like the chain studios. Do yourself a favor and visit this gem!“

“When I first saw some of the reviews, I started to question the place. I’ve been going for a couple of months now, and honestly the reviews are not accurate at all. As a first-time mom, I was very skeptical about leaving my baby in the kids’ care so I could do the tour. But after seeing their setup, I felt so much more confident. Now, I can say it’s a true life saver. The staff is amazing friendly, welcoming, and they actually know you by name. They are in great shape, they’re professional, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they do. Being able to work out and know my daughter is safe and well taken care of is priceless. The environment is clean, family-friendly, and the gym feels complete. I try to go to as many classes as I can, they are fun and motivating.
I truly recommend it, especially for moms looking for a place where they and their babies are cared for.“
