“I've been training with Tres at Spartan Strength Training since January, and over the last few months, I've become much more consistent with attending his group training sessions.

One of the first things I noticed is how knowledgeable he is. He takes the time to explain exercises, demonstrate proper technique, and ensure you're performing movements correctly. If your form starts to slip, he'll correct it immediately, which not only helps prevent injuries but also ensures you're getting the most out of each workout.

Strength training can be intimidating, especially if you're unfamiliar with gym equipment or unsure where to start. That was definitely the case for me. What I appreciate most is that Tres challenges you to push yourself while still recognizing your limits.
