Greeted very well...Great group of people to see. Everyone from Check in, to being seen in a timely manner to the Intern and Doctor. Everyone was caring and helpful and very friendly. This is our second time here and we are making this our go to Urgent Care!
Always a good experience. No one is rushing you while taking info. They sit and discuss your questions and concerns. I needed an antibiotic that would not make me sensitive to the sun and I’m allergic to some…not your average profile. They took the time to accommodate my need.
This will be my new go-to urgent care. I scheduled an appointment online, but they called my shortly after to let me know they were able to see me sooner. Everyone from start to finish was incredibly kind and attentive. I especially would like to shout out Marisol, who went above and beyond when she called me back and noticed I really did not look well and made sure I had everything needed to make it through my appointment.
