Dr Kara adjusted me the same week I was told my baby was breech. After her adjustment i went back to the doctor and baby had turned head down. She did a ton of sacral work on me during appt to help with babies positioning. Highly recommend seeing her.

Such a great environment and they always take the time to listen to my concerns. They have also taught me home stretches and strengthening exercises that have greatly improved my overall well being.
