My experience at CareNow urgent care- South Mansfield was great. Ms. Sharen at the front desk was very informative, helpful, and kind. It was my first time visiting, but she provided me with the information needed to get checked in and ready. Ms Anna was also very kind as well. I was able to get in and out fairly quickly.
The staff was very nice and made sure I was taken care of and explained everything that was going on very carefully. Check in was very easy, and they make sure you are comfortable, and taken care of in a timely matter.
The nurse who assisted me was extremely professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout my experience. She provided outstanding service and made sure I felt well cared for. I truly appreciate her dedication and the excellent level of service she provided.
