“My girl's Fri t windshield was cracked and needed replacing. I contacted several companies including the one that everyone knows and probably considers a "Safe" bet. I read the reviews for all and Abstract had the best out of all that I researched and had at least a dozen reviews. So I contacted them for a quote. The quote was close but slightly less than any of the others including the one that usually comes up first when you Google windshield replacement. So I reached out to the company and Prince called me back even though he happened to be on vacation. He said he would be back on Tuesday and he could fit me in on Wed or after. I said ok but I had hoped he could get to it sooner because I had to go out of town for a conference and I was hoping to get it done by Tuesday as a birthday surprise but I understood it was late notice so that was fine. Prince called me first thing Tuesday morning and said he had moved some things around to accommodate me since it was a birthday surprise and I had to leave town the next day. I couldn't believe I was getting that kind of customer service. That is almost unheard of these days. He came to my office and did the work in the parking lot while I continued with my job. It didn't take very long and I was completely satisfied with the new windshield. I am a very happy customer and I cannot thank him or recommend Abstract enough!“

I spoke with George about the situation on the phone and he knew exactly what was needed to be done after verifying that the vehicle was covered under the new warranty by KIA.
