“Genesis had my new vehicle two different times which totaled about two months ?. That being said, that’s not their fault. Genesis just has some issues with their new vehicles and I noticed a bunch of new cars with these problems (noises in dash, steering wheel, screen needing replaced). I’ll admit the first time I was a little annoyed because of communication, they didn’t fix one of the issues, and they didn’t wash my car. The second time was much much better. The communication was great, the loaner car was nicer than ours, they sent video updates, all the staff was friendly, they washed my vehicle and it looked better than when we turned it in. Also looks like all the problems are now fixed and we get to drive our new vehicle! After the second time I won’t be worried to have them fix it again. Being they are the only genesis around me, I’m happy to deal with them again.“
