I would seriously wait until the developers (M/I) turn the HOA over to residents to consider living here. The current company they use (Sterling) are the absolutely worst. We, along with other residents, never received any welcome documents or account numbers until requested. Many of us received violation letters as our community welcome! Violations range from everything to trash cans, basketball hoops, solar lights in your flower bed, disliking flower colors, flags, mulch color (even though it was the exact same as the builders color) to even having a simple bench on your front porch! Quality of homes after 1 year greatly drops. The siding on the houses if you drive by on camas creek lane in magnolia ridge you can see the spaces, caulking missing and siding boards loose on many homes. Exposing the walls to exterior elements. Customer service / warranty support is no support when they come out to inspect. They will argue with the home owner and refuse to fix issue. I would do more research before making a final decision.

Dropped by today after seeing their sign on our way to a different neighborhood. Mark was more than accommodating and answered every question. Every one in the office were friendly and professional bad it was great to get to see Amanda again! The homes he showed us would work perfectly for our family. The standard lot size is one of if not the biggest we've seen for the price We are definitely considering buying a home with them!
