If you're looking for a nicely built starter home in the mid $200s, Mustang Ridge may be a great option for you. The floorplans are designed really well and seem larger than the square footage built. It's right next to Magnolia West High and has SUPER easy access on to FM 1774.

(Final Update posted) We started the process of buying a home here. Tax rates are a little high, however, we did end up with a good deal as the square footage and the amount of design options they have is amazing. We will provide any updates if need be throughout the build process. ( 5 stars so far)(Update,3/28/22) We have just completed our design studio process. It has been super fun, however we were not prepared for the meeting with home pro. We should have asked what the house came with unfortunately they only provide a couple drops that they will leave in the attic.
