This is a great community, friendly neighbors, the park is perfect for small children, all the staff with KB Home has been great and very helpful every step of the way, even after move in! 10/10 recommend

If you're looking for a nicely built starter home in the mid $200s, Mustang Ridge may be a great option for you. The floorplans are designed really well and seem larger than the square footage built. It's right next to Magnolia West High and has SUPER easy access on to FM 1774.
