If you want an AC unit that’s half the size of what it should be go ahead and build here. All of the good reviews are from the office team. i Was excited to work with a KHOV home builder considering i was spending 300k mind you I added 30k of upgrades….. but that quickly turned south shortly before and after closing. The office staff is very friendly and so is the staff in the field so they get a thumbs up. Plumbing sub contractor work was decent. Tile job was not bad. So far i have had a leaking dishwasher, AC not keeping up with cooling, poor drywall and painting work, poor concrete finishing and countertop issues. I ended up with an granite countertop island was set on out of square. They got that fixed. Then i discoveredIt had epoxy patches all over it. Bad craftsmanship, lots of defects.lm in the process of trying to get hovnanian to repair my sagging roof .The a/c ducts have no dampers to control the air flow causing some rooms to be too cold and others not cool enough..I 'm considering hiring an attorney for my roof problems if repairs are not done correctly and soon. Hurricane season is upon us!!!
