18815 Cypress Meadow Ct, Magnolia, TX 77355 is no longer a KHOV Sales Office and the HOA requests this listing be removed as I'm sure the homeowner living at this address would as well.

We purchased our home about 2.5 years ago. All was good until we noticed some discoloration on the baseboards in the toilet room. After further examination and lots of money spent with a plumber… it was determined the shower drain was never set and sealed correctly from the beginning and the shower drain has slowly been leaking small amount over this period. The only fix is to gut the entire thing. So we’re now having to pay thousands of dollars for a new shower as well as replacing boards in the walls and sheet rock. If you purchase from KHOV hire an independent person for inspections and be weary!

I can’t imagine using a different builder for our home. They only use the best materials in construction and the service and responsiveness from them is outstanding. If you are looking into building your own home, choose KHov.
