I read the reviews before we purchased the house. I was a bit skeptical. We looked at all the Mobile home sellers in the area and we fell in love with the extra wide home on Twin City's lot. It was also priced very well compared to the other sellers. Twin City was up front about their warranty. The warranty is only good for 1 year. We decided to take a chance. Even if we need to replace something, we saved on the purchase of the house. Bob was our salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. The mobile home sat on the lot for 2 years before we purchased it. It had a few minor issues and it took a couple of months (because of the supply chain ) but they fixed them all.
Mr. Randy was really nice very informative about the homes that viewed. I learned some new stuff about the homes out several different sites. Mr.Randy was the only person that offered me an application. And plan to go back to see him.
