We are very early in the home buying process. Spent all day touring different lots in Lufkin. After salesmen everywhere else shutting down when they realized they might not make a sale, we didn’t expect much from our last stop of freedom homes. When we walked in, JT greeted us and immediately helped us with everything. This location was the only one where someone actually walked with us to explain the layout. JT was also very knowledgeable! I wish we would have not spent so much time wasting it on other locations around Lufkin. Definitely will be returning to further our search!

Me and my husband had such an AMAZING experience with Freedom. When we went in, the staff welcomed us and asked us what we were looking for and NEVER tried to show us things out of the budget or try to upsale anything. They were very up front about everything and pricing. We found our perfect family home thanks to Jodi! If you’re looking for a home, go to freedom and ask for Jodi. She not only listens but is so caring and explains everything to where it’s easily understandable, but made sure she kept us updated through the whole process! I highly recommend freedom.
