Jose, and the rest of the guys are the best. Jose is , in my opinion, if not the best barber in South East Texas, it is not only a job for him but an art form. He is a gifted artist, and his talents have no boundaries. I drive over an hour to get a haircut and beard trim by Jose, and the crew at Old Fashioned. Great customer service, and attention to detail is impeccable!! This is my place for life!! They can do any style of beard from gunslinger, defeated chops, they even do a Belvidere. Best place, no doubt!!!! Also any kind of hairstyle you want as well, and it comes out 10 times better than what you ever imagined in your mind!!!!

I had a phenomenal experience here. This was my first time here since I moved back to Lufkin and I went to Cassidy for a haircut and highlights. (my first haircut and color in like 5+ years). Not only is she absolutely hilarious, she managed to work through my totally indecisive and conflicting views of what I wanted and it came out fantastic. I love it, my family loves it, my husband loves it. 10/10 recommend going here. Pricing was definitely reasonable, and the staff was amazing and attentive.

I had a fantastic experience with Double K Construction. Kalob and his team were absolute rockstars from start to finish and made me feel very comfortable having them working inside my home here in Crown Colony, Lufkin.
They removed a cabinet above my stove and installed a properly vented hood system in its place. The previous setup was a microwave mounted too close to the cooktop and didn’t vent well at all, which made cooking really uncomfortable. The team raised the cabinet, painted it, and installed everything so seamlessly that it honestly looks like it was always designed that way in my kitchen.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and the finished result completely transformed the space. Everything looks clean, professional, and high-end. I’m extremely happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend them for any home project.

The crew at Grimes were so courteous and quickly worked together They cleaned up my yard of all sticks and raked it out. Their price was very reasonable as well. Great job!

We moved here for retirement from military and bought our forever home. We didn’t know who to call for two huge trees to be removed that were far too close to house. After doing some research decided to contact Steve with A-A Tree Service. He is extremely knowledgeable and has wealth of experience. They took extra care while removing the trees and furthermore left our home clean as a whistle with the removal of all debris from the tree removals. You can see for yourself the entire process from start to finish. If you need tree service of any kind I highly recommend this business as they are local, small business with good fair pricing and they are insured as well.
