I’ve always had a good experience with Master Cleaners. They are always prompt, friendly, professional and on time. One time I misremembered giving them a piece and they couldn’t find it although they looked forever. Turned out it was my mistake. They didn’t just dismiss me. I appreciate that about them. I've been taking quilts and bedspreads to Master Cleaners to be laundered for over four years, and I've been very happy with the results. They do a good job.The only time I was disappointed was when I had some very white, king-size thermal blankets laundered. When I opened each blanket up to put them on the bed, there were a few small black marks on them. (I had to wash these marks out myself). I realize that it's difficult to keep white things completely white, so I understand; but I wish the staff had seen the black marks before they returned the blankets to me.I will continue to use Master Cleaners, but I won't take white items to them anymore.Service: Cleaning
