Took my client to an appointment here, appt was at 9:30am, got here 15 min early and was not called back until almost 10, they did some testing and then put us back out in the waiting room again to wait to see the doctor. It is now 10:45 and we are still waiting. Over booked patients to see this Dr.My client only had allowed hours and with sitting here the other things he needed to do now has to wait until his next visit! This is not the first time he has been here and had to wait so long. This office needs to schedule better, and think about their patients. Not at all impressed with this office at all. I clarified over the phone that they took my insurance. Drove over an hour from Jefferson Area to find out they do not take my insurance and I was NOT happy. The staffs attitude and lack of knowledge was distasteful and my attitude matched the vibes.

This place has only one handicapped parking space at a Dodge Rammit Health Care Facility! When I called and told them I had no place to unload my wheelchair safely in their parking lot here is the exact response: "Well, I don't know what to tell you." I cancelled my appointment, I won't be back.
