“Love the Dr's & clinical staff. However, front desk is lacking in professionalism. I tried to call but had to leave a message. I walk in to sign in & one is on the phone talking to a NEW pt trying to set an appt. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of me standing there whatsoever. Appts can be made on-line, I'm in the building. Downright rude & unprofessional.“
