“Jessica is the one that helped me. Not only did she do everything to get it right. She went above and beyond and here’s how. I left my $200 plus dollar glasses in the basket after I had picked them up. I left the store and went about my business. When I realized what I had done, I called her and told her what happened. Instead of passing me off the people who do not answer the phone she physically walked down to customer service just to check for me. At that time they weren’t there she suggested I talked to security and see what happened to them.. Well, I’ll behold security doesn’t answer. At this point, I figured my glasses were gone. Later on, I called back to the store and the only person that would answer a phone was Jessica. She then told me she would walk down to customer service and see if somebody had turned them in and then if not transfer me back to security.. There are still good people in this world because somebody did in fact turn them in. She got them and told me that she would hold onto them until I was able to get back to the store. She never once acted as if I was stupid for leaving them in the basket or it was an inconvenience for her to go down to customer service. I wish everybody was like Jessica. It would make shopping at Walmart a whole lot more pleasant. I also want to mention This does not include her customer service skills when fixing my glasses. She was awesome with that too.“
