I came here for a Routine Eye Exam. All staff that I spoke with were very professional and friendly. The two receptionists at the front desk were very helpful as they looked up my insurance info and put me into their system. This place is very organized. Great experience!!!
I have been seeing the doctors at LEA for about 6 years. I've never had a bad experience. I love the doctors and how thorough they are. All staff are just amazing!You cannot go wrong with Longview Eye Associates!
Failed to provide a copy of Rx when requested during day of exam. Reason given was system down and data needed to be hand entered. Two more visits and 5 days later produced no results..Provided after 7 days. rating changed to 4 stars.
