I am not a makeup girl by any means. I needed a quick product that offered a natural finish and was foolproof. Naomi provided different options and carefully matched me. I had amazing customer service today when I stopped by for a quick facial cream. I have such sensitive skin and sometimes don’t know what products might be good or not. However today I was looking for an Aveeno cream and I asked for assistance and Naomi greeted me with a smile and informed me with a better option ( Dr. Althea 345 relief cream) for my skin as I’m on tretinoin that I actually have been meaning to try but didn’t know ulta carried. I’m so happy with what she directed me to get and will definitely be back!
NICK in the salon is hands down the top notch of customer service!! He went above and beyond. While working on my daughter’s hair color, he helped my littlest one feel so special by doing a quick little fun wash to her hair. She left feeling like she was living her best life. All for fun. And my daughter’s hair turned out amazing! She got a money piece, cut and dry and left feeling and looking absolutely gorgeous! We will be back for him! I highly recommend him! He is all smiles and his personality is so warm and welcoming. Rare nowadays. Very happy we chose him.
