Kaylin was my arch expert for the brow lamination, tint and wax. This was my very first time and I knew I would have many questions. Kaylin was so informative about the step by step process of all services I requested and very thorough with after care instructions to where I didn't even need to ask any questions! She covered all of the bases. I've already been sending my after pictures to friends and family because I am in love with my eyebrows. I'm very happy with my results and will definitely be going back to see her.

Cassie worked a miracle on my eyebrows!! I am new to the area and was so apprehensive having a new person do my eyebrows, so they were extremely overgrown. Cassie sensed my hesitation and did a phenomenal job in waxing and shaping my brows. I will definitely be coming back!

First off I am a dude, so get the giggles out of the way. I make sure I ask for Cassie every time I go in for an eye brow clean up. She works hard to make sure her clients receive the attention they need. ( all of us are different and have different needs) always sweet and serviceable. Highly recommend her services at the Brow Bar @ Baybrook!
