JC Pennys at Victory Lakes is impressive. Its better stocked with everything than Baybrook. Ill definitely be returning. Also Sales staff was everywhere. They actually greeted me as i passed them by.
I always have a great experience shopping at this location. Good amount of inventory and good sales. Employees are very friendly and helpful. If I can't find a particular item in the store, then I place an order online and have it shipped to the store. I picked up my order on July 4th, and two employees made sure that I was able to get my large order to my car. Looking forward to my next shopping visit there.
I drive past my neighborhood JC Penney about 15 minutes out to go to this location. Love the people here and the place is way bigger. With a lot more selection. One request though, large bath rugs ? good job though guys!!
