Daniella from the beauty department was what true customer service is all about. She was patient, kind and very informative! Then to add to my experience she helped me find my keys. I would give her 10 stars if possible :)

terrible service!!! dont waste your time coming here. the two white ladies in the jewelry section refused to help my husband and i and instead assisted others. i'm absolutely disgusted to say the least. however, maria was amazing and offered help as she saw how we were being treated by her fellow coworkers. dont come here for jewelry

Very kind and caring cashiers .. when I went to that jc Penneys I wasn't feeling well.. the cashier took extra time to ask about me .. and there is a great selection of clothes..
