Both the office staff and the plumbing technicians have been professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We recently had all of our fresh water lines and drain lines replaced, and they also installed a new whole-home water filtration system. The work was handled smoothly, the crew kept us informed, and everything was completed with real care and skill. It is hard to find a plumbing company that is this personable and reliable, and we highly recommend them for any plumbing repair, repipe, drain, or water system work.“

“After having my foundation repaired, to my dismay the pipe test failed. I had had a leak in the kitchen that was fixed, but turns out 47 year old cast iron pipes wear out.

They replaced my cast iron pipes with spiffy new PVC pipes. I was assured by one of the plumbers I now have the “prettiest pipes!” We agreed that considering the cost, it’s a pity no one can see them to properly admire them.

The excavation and backfill was carried out with care, and the concrete looks fine where it’d been removed for access.

Very pleased, and if I need plumbing repair again, I will certainly call Service Squad.“

The estimate, plus additional scope that was agreed upon and added to the quote was still the best price. Biggest reason I went with them was the perceived (rightly so in my opinion) value of integrity and not pushing additional services without a legitimate reason to do so. “We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing for years. They are always prompt and professional. We had an issue with our water heater that they installed two years ago. When they arrived, we discovered it was only batteries that needed to be replaced on the water overflow sensor. They replaced the batteries (I now know to do it yearly) and didn't charge me for the service call. You don't get this type of service any more from most companies that provide home services. “I saw a Hukill’s truck in the neighborhood the other day. When I came home I had my septic system backing up into the house! Called them and John showed up promptly at 0800 and we began uncovering the septic tank lids. He looked at the tanks and explained what he saw and what he was going to do. Chase and his helper showed up while this was going on, ran the camera through the clean out drain to the tank and then from the top end clean out to the tank. Found a couple of concerns. Chase Explained everything very well to me. Fixed the problems, And cleaned up! Most professional team I have meet! Thank you Team Hukill’s, These gentlemen are Amazing!
