I found a good-sized leak under my very old water heater and started calling plumbers around Fort Worth close to noon on a Monday. Since it was an urgent plumbing issue, I figured most companies would already be booked, but Mateo & Sons Plumbing Services was able to help right away. Raymond answered my first call, listened to the problem, and said he could come out that same day to inspect the water heater and connections. Updated: Marvin and Conner cleared a clogged drain line. they did a great job, explained the plumbing issue in simple terms, and cleaned up the work area when they were done. It was a smooth, painless experience and everything is working great now. We had a drain repair that turned out to be a lot more involved than expected, but the crew stayed on it for many hours and fully fixed the problem. they made sure the line was flowing right, tested everything carefully, and left the space neat and clean. On top of that, they honored the original estimate even though the job was much more labor intensive than first expected. i really appreciated the honest service, strong communication,...read full review
I contacted Mateo & Sons Plumbing Services this morning about a clogged sewer line. Jared called me back soon after and let me know he would head over as soon as he finished the plumbing job he was on. Not long after, he arrived ready to get to work. Within a short time, he had the drains flowing properly again and cleared the backup fast. He also explained that a damaged section of the sewer line may need repair or replacement later, and he gave me a helpful ballpark estimate for the plumbing work. I appreciated how clear, prompt, and professional the service was, and I plan to call again when I am ready to move forward with the repair.
