“Concentra in La Porte was instrumental in my healing after my fall. Albert at the front desk and site manager was very friendly, efficient and explained about any paperwork.He put me at ease right away with his manner. Aaliyah at front desk and physician assistant was also friendly and efficient. She answered the phone, checked in patients as well as taking vitals in the exam rooms. She did a good job taking my X-rays as well. All the physical therapists setup a detailed program for my shoulder and knee workouts. They gave me home exercises that were easy to do but worked. Dr. Sardana was very friendly, caring, asked questions about my situation and gave a thorough assessment of my needs. I found all the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable about patients as well as caring for each.Shoutout to Ashley for always being positive. This location offers many services and I strongly recommend them.“
