The Technicians and Staff I interacted with during this week-long water-mitigation, anxiety producing experience; were all very timely, flexible and responsive to calls, text, and schedule, or time changes. They communicated effectively with the Insurance Claims Representative. Each person was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They were honest and careful about responding to questions within their scope of duty and redirected questions/concerns outside of their scope of duty to the office.
