They communicated effectively with the Insurance Claims Representative. Each person was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. They were honest and careful about responding to questions within their scope of duty and redirected questions/concerns outside of their scope of duty to the office.<br><br>All of these attributes were much appreciated during this anxiety-producing water mitigation/drying experience.
