I thought my primary suite carpet was a lost cause since it's more then 20 years old. Thanks to Ishmaels expertise it's as white, bright, and clean as brand new! They take care to protect the stairs, walls, and surrounding furniture. Also they took my 50 year old persian rug to be cleaned off site. Their service is remarkable. Thanks again Ishmael and Mike for explaining and taking such good care of my home!
We loved working with Decker’s Carpet Cleaning. I was easily able to book over the phone with Mike, who was very nice and walked me through their services. They squeezed us in last minute (to fit our timeline) and provided excellent updates while they were in our home cleaning. Ismael cleaned our carpets, including pet stains and odors, as well as our tile and grout. The floors look and smell amazing!
I highly recommend Decker Carpet Cleaning for upholstery cleaning and stain removal. I had a terrible black jean color-transfer stain on my cream-colored bouclé sofa from Arhaus, and they completely removed the stain without damaging the fabric or texture in any way.
The technician was punctual, extremely knowledgeable about this type of stain, and clearly experienced with high-end fabrics and furniture. I was especially impressed with the cleaning technique he used because the sofa looks perfect and the bouclé texture remained intact. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of work provided. Excellent service from start to finish!
